Machining Molds

Machining Graphite

In industrial scenarios of “high temperature, electrical discharge, strong corrosion, and wear resistance,” almost all cannot do without high-quality CNC-machined graphite parts. Graphite machining faces many difficulties, among which the most difficult is graphite dust: graphite cutting generates a large amount of micron-level dust. This dust is conductive and extremely sticky; once it infiltrates machine tool linear guides, ball screws, or electrical cabinets, it will cause intensified mechanical wear or even short-circuit burning. Therefore, CNC machine tools used for graphite machining require fully enclosed protection and need to be accompanied by a dry dust collection system.

Heavy-Duty Machining

There are also many heavy-duty machining scenarios completed by CNC machines. Machines capable of heavy-duty machining must possess extremely strong anti-vibration rigidity, cutting force (BT50/HSK100 high-power spindle), and load-bearing capacity.

Machining Wood
