Spindle

Spindle

The spindle is the core power component of the CNC machine, and the parameters of the spindle to a large extent affect the performance of the machine.

The spindle speeds we provide range from 6,000 rpm to 300,000 rpm, and the driving methods cover belt drive, direct drive, and electric drive. Our machines can match the appropriate spindle according to different machining requirements. If you do not know how to match them, you can consult our engineers.

The spindle types we provide

Belt Drive Spindle

Belt spindle

The belt spindle possesses high torque and powerful heavy cutting capability, while having low maintenance costs, and being stable, reliable, with a long comprehensive service life.

Direct spindle

Direct spindle

The direct-drive spindle usually “directly connects” (direct coupling) the spindle and the motor through a coupling. The benefit of doing so is that the power is more direct, the efficiency is higher, and the vibration is lower.

Motorized Spindle

Electric spindle

The core motor of the motorized spindle is the spindle itself. The advantage brought by the “motor-spindle integration” is extremely high speed, while possessing high responsiveness; because there is no intermediate structure, it can bring excellent precision control.
