The Story of Socay Industry

Socay Industry was initially just an OEM foundry for Taiwanese enterprises. During the OEM period, it mastered a large amount of machine tool technologies, and by combining with the excellent Chinese market, it rapidly accumulated R&D capabilities and industry pain points, developing the highly distinctive Socay machine tools. The reliability of our machine tools is the primary prerequisite, and the machine tools currently still in operation have a history of more than 15 years.

The Story of Socay Industry

OEM Period

Conducted Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) for a certain Taiwanese machine tool enterprise. The OEM products were: vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and gantry machining centers. Through years of production and communication, a large amount of technical experience from Taiwanese machine tools was accumulated, laying a solid foundation for future self-development.

2009

Self-Development Period

Established Socay Industry Co., Ltd. On the basis of Taiwanese machine tools, we continued to polish the details, thereby possessing the first-generation Socay machine tools, and reverse-researched the advantages of Japanese machine tools to apply them to our self-developed machining centers.

2014

Development Period

Established the Lathe Business Division to manufacture CNC lathes and turn-mill complexes. The lathes we manufacture are mainly 30-degree slant-bed lathes, and are focused primarily on turn-mill complexes.

2016

Technical Maturity Period

Expanded into the 5-axis category and established the 5-Axis Business Division to manufacture and produce 5-axis machines.

2019

Brand Building Period

The machines of Socay Industry have become completely and fully mature, so the Global Brand Department was established to comprehensively launch global business. Currently, our CNC machines are extremely mature.

2025
