Excellent heavy-duty machining capability

Our machines utilize HT300 cast iron material to build the machine body, making some structural reinforcement designs on the traditional vertical structure. After a long period of aging, the stress of these components is fully released, enabling high precision to be maintained even under heavy cutting conditions.

What is spindle power and torque?

Spindle power affects cutting capability.
Torque affects heavy cutting ability.

18.5 kW spindle suitable medium steel machining
But if customer requires:
Large diameter cutter、Deep cutting、Hardened steel need Higher torque spindle、Gear spindle or BT50

How long is the service life of Socay's vertical machining centers?

With proper maintenance, it can be used for a long time. Some of our models are still in service after 15 years.

Does VMC need through spindle coolant (CTS)?

Through spindle coolant is recommended for Deep hole drilling、Stainless steel machining、Aluminum high-speed machining、Mold machining
