CNC Miling Machines

Our milling machines are all equipped with ATC systems and support various types of accuracy compensation. They all feature trickled-down technologies from industrial-grade machining centers, making them the most advanced milling machines currently available. All of our 3-axis machines can be upgraded to 5-axis machines (3+2) at a later stage, and we also offer 5-axis simultaneous milling machine tools.

Why Should You Buy from Socay

After-sales Service

All machines from Socay come with a two-year warranty. (Inferior machines often begin to reveal numerous inherent quality issues after about one year of use.)

Stable Performance

With proper and timely maintenance, our machines can maintain their precision, whether used continuously for 2 years or 5 years.

High Precision

Under conventional conditions, machining accuracy is ±0.005 mm, positioning accuracy is ±0.003 mm, and the highest accuracy can reach ±0.003 mm (controlled within ±0.008 mm for export).

Affordable Pricing

The cheapest industrial-grade 3-axis milling machine starts at 88,000 RMB, can be placed in a garage, and is capable of meeting versatile light-industrial machining needs.

How Should I Choose Milling Machine

You should consider how to select a machine from the following angles:

Machining Application

Is it used for injection molds or for parts? Is it mainly machining aluminum parts or steel parts? Is the application rough machining or fine machining? Are there more block-shaped parts or cylindrical parts? Every single metric determines the type of machine you select.

Machining Range

The table size and machining range determine the maximum workpiece volume that a milling machine can process (which determines the size range of the final part after machining). You need to calculate the size of the workpiece you want to machine to see if it is within the machining range, so that you can determine whether this machine is sufficient.

Machining Precision Requirements

Machines with higher precision are more expensive. A conventional precision of ±0.008 mm completely meets more than 80% of machining requirements. If there are aviation machining requirements, the precision roughly needs to be within ±0.004 mm.

Machining Speed

According to the laws of physics, machines with heavier cutting forces often have slower machining speeds, whereas machines with faster machining speeds have relatively less heavy cutting forces, which is specifically reflected in the machine parameter of rapid traverse.

Toy Price, Powerful Performance

The Socay EMC540 is the lowest-priced industrial-grade machine available; its cost is comparable to that of common desktop CNC machines, yet its machining capabilities meet industrial standards. It is a must-have machine for enthusiasts.

FAQ of CNC Milling Machines

Should I choose a 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC milling machine?

Unless you are machining precision aerospace components, a standard 3-axis machine equipped with a 4th-axis or 5th-axis rotary table is fully sufficient. You can send your part drawings to our engineers for a detailed evaluation.

How should I choose the spindle speed (RPM) and power (kW/HP)?

High speeds are ideal for soft materials and finishing operations, while high power/torque is required for heavy-duty cutting of hard metals.

What kind of after-sales service do we provide?

The machine comes with a two-year warranty free of charge. Any parts damaged within these two years will be shipped to the buyer's local address at no cost.

What factors affect the price of the machine?

• Machine Configuration: Even for the same model, customizing it with different configurations will result in different prices.
• Freight Costs: The shipping distance will also impact the final landed cost.
• Special Policies: Different regions may have varying taxes and duties applied to specific machines.
